We ran all the utilities for a new build in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Also, we installed a new grinder station, and completed a live tap on the 4″ force main. A force main is a pipeline that carries wastewater under pressure from a pump to a discharge point.
We ran conduit for electric and water line along with a tracer wire. Tracer wire is an insulated wire that’s buried along the length of a pipe or other utility during installation to help locate it later.
A sewer grinder, also known as a sewage grinder pump, is a device that grinds up waste from a building and pumps it into the public sewer system. This prevents sewage from backing into the house.
